A bit about me: In 2023, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Before my diagnosis, life was non-stop—go, go, go. I never paused to ask myself what I truly wanted, what made me happy, or whether I was really living the life I wanted. I was stressed, burnt out, and exhausted… and I knew it. But changing felt too overwhelming. Too big. So I kept going.
Then life forced me to slow down. Cancer made me stop. And in that stillness, I realized that I—and the life I was living—deserved my attention. My care. My energy. It made me ask why? Why me? I may never know the answer, but I chose to use that question as a turning point.
I took cancer as an opportunity to reshape my life. I stopped ignoring what I knew needed to change. I started—fearfully, yes—but also fearlessly. I began making small, intentional shifts even while going through treatment. And I never looked back.
That journey brought me back to me. To the version of myself that feels aligned, joyful, and whole. And it inspired me to become a life coach—because I want to help others do the same.
I know how hard it is to make change, especially after trauma or illness. But I also know how necessary and life-giving that change can be. I have the tools, insight, and experience to walk with you through your own transformation—step by step, without judgment, and with deep support.
